After that, position your arms over your head and hinge forward from the waist. While you are straightening the left leg, lift the right leg and hold the position for 3 breaths. After that, return to the starting lunge position. Make 2 repetitions. Then, switch your legs and repeat.

The lean move is perfect for the inner thighs.
Position your feet at shoulder-width apart and your arms down at side. With your right foot take a step diagonally back. Then, bend to the side with your left arm up and right arm down. Then, go back toward your left calf. Return to the starting position. Make 8 repetitions, then switch sides and repeat.
