In a mason jar put the lemon and ginger slices and pour the honey over them. Make sure that the honey completely has covered the ginger and lemon slices. Close the jar and put it in the fridge. Once the mixture becomes as a loose honey it is ready for use.

Needed ingredients:

  • 1 part fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 part fresh chopped white onion
