DIY Coconut Food Scrub Recipe


  • 4 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons coarse sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 10 drops lemongrass essential oil or any other essential oil (optional)

Method of preparation and use:

Put the necessary ingredients in a bowl and stir until you get homogenous paste.

Prepare some herbal tea, for example you can prepare peppermint tea, chamomile tea, ginger tea, by your choice.
