DIY Cellulite Scrub
Today, millions of people have cellulite and the dimpling of the skin, which usually appears on the buttocks, hips and thighs, looks really unattractive. DIY Cellulite Scrub Recipe
- 1 cup used coffee grounds
- 1 cup coconut oil
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup brown/white sugar
Method of preparation and use:
First of all, melt the coconut oil. You can use a double boiler or you can melt it in the microwave (don’t forget to use a safe bowl). After that, add the coffee grounds, cinnamon and the sugar and stir well.
After taking a shower, rub this homemade scrub on your thighs, buttocks, stomach, arms or any area of your body you have cellulite. Massage your skin with slow and circular motions for 3-5 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
In order to get best results, use this scrub 2-3 times a week. However, it is important to mention that the more consistently you use this scrub, the faster you will get rid of the cellulite. With a regular use, your skin will become smooth and cellulite-free.
Note: store this scrub in suitable container, for instance you can use cream box.

The used coffee grounds will remove the dead skin cells, but in same time will detoxify your skin and will remove the cellulite.
