4 eggs

90 g walnuts

90 g flaxseeds

90 g sunflower seeds

90 g pumpkin seeds

90 g sesame seeds

½ teaspoon baking soda

100 ml water

A pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

In a bowl whisk the egg and add in a pinch of salt. After that, add the baking soda and 100 ml of water. Next step is to grind the seeds into fine “flour”. Finally add all necessary ingredients and mix everything together. Place the resulted mixture in suitable baking pan and bake your homemade tasty bread for 50 minutes at 180°C.
