  1. Practice Good Hygiene

First and most important thing in prevention of body odor is practicing good overall hygiene. In order to prevent the formation of bacteria on the skin which causes the bad smell, it is advisable to use antibacterial soap because on that way you will kill most of the germs in your skin and prevent further infestation or infection. Also, take regular baths to relax the sweat glands and decrease production of sweat.

The best option is to take bath in the morning, before heading to work and start with your daily activities. Moreover, it is advisable to take a showed before bedtime and remove the dirt and germs which have accumulated during the day.

After you take a bath, splash your skin with cold water in order to close your pores and minimize production of sweat and oil.

For best results, do this before bedtime after taking a shower.

Instead of witch hazel, you can use lemon and vinegar, as well. These natural liquids efficiently lower the pH level of the skin.
