  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 medium-sized ripe bananas
  • 400 ml of boiling water

Method of preparation:

First peel the bananas and put them in a plastic bowl. With a wooden fork or spoon mash the bananas until you get a puree. Then, add the boiled water and leave the mixture for half an hour to soak. After that, add the honey and stir until you get homogenous mixture – syrup.


On a daily basis, you should consume about 400 ml of this remedy – it is advisable to consume 100 ml of the remedy, 4 times a day. In order to get all of its benefits, you should consume this remedy in a period of 5 days.
